1. Returns
Return is accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, customers must first contact us and provide the reason for the return. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The book must be in the same condition it was received
- The item should not be damaged, heavily used, or altered after delivery
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required

3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Card Payments — Refund will be made back to the original payment card
- Bank Transfer / Cash Payments — Refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item received from BookCycle, return shipping costs may need to be covered by the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Items returned after the 7-day period
- Books damaged after delivery
- Missing items originally included with the order
